This is a pre-printed piece of navy blue cotton with Asanoha (linked stars), in a circular adaptation of a traditional geometric design.
The tote is semi-finished, with handles already attached. Once you finish the sashiko, you will need to stitch the sides together to finish the bag. You may also add a lining fabric if you wish.
The finished tote measures approximately 8.66" x 16.5" x 4" (22cm x 42cm x 10cm). The fabric is heavier than the small sashiko "fukin" kits.
INCLUDED in this kit: cloth, sashiko needle, white cotton thread, and leather palm thimble.
Instructions are in Japanese and English.
The printed designs wash out with a little mild soap and water after you're done.
