WÜSTHOF’S best-selling collection for generations, CLASSIC full-tang knives are precision-forged from a single piece of an exclusive high-carbon stainless steel. CLASSIC knives feature a new handle design made of a highly durable synthetic material – Polyoxymethylene (POM) – which has a tighter molecular structure to resist fading and discoloration. The CLASSIC 8-inch Artisan Butcher Knife features a striking silhouette with a contoured finger guard, a dramatic curved hollow-edge blade and a pronounced skinning tip. This bold statement piece is far more versatile than the traditional butcher knife, perfectly designed for portioning chops and steaks and trimming cutlets and filets. The ideal size and shape for countless food prep tasks, the CLASSIC 8-inch Artisan Butcher Knife is perfectly balanced with a comfortable over-sized handle. Its razor sharp edge effortlessly skins and slices large fruits and vegetables. It’s as functional as it is handsome.

Personalized Engraving — Done In-House, Ships the Same Day
Make it an heirloom. Chef's Arsenal engraves this item in-house using traditional rotary engraving — not black laser printing that wears off. Add a name, initials, a monogram, a symbol, or Chinese calligraphy.
Engraving does not slow your order down. Order before 2PM EST (Monday–Friday) and your engraved item ships the same day, with free 2-day shipping on orders of $50 or more (Continental US) — it arrives within 2 business days.
Buying for a company? We also engrave company logos for corporate gifts — logo on one side, each recipient's name on the other. See our Corporate Gifts page or call 1-800-223-3724.
