Olympus - Square Kurumi Buttons Kogin Sampler Kit - Folklore #68

Kogin or Koginzashi (こぎん刺し) is a type of stitching related to sashiko. Kogin is done only on the warp (horizontal part of the fabric) and is a type of counted stitch that produces beautiful designs.

This kit makes three kurumi (cloth covered) buttons.

INCLUDED in this kit:
- 100% cotton fabric
- kogin thread
- kogin needle
- 3 round button forms

Each button measures about 1" x 1" (3cm x 3cm).
