Use this therapeutic blend when you have aches or pains in your joints. Helps to reduce inflammation.
Ingredients: Oils of  Arnica, Chickweed, Sesame, Castor; Tinctures of Cramp Bark, Valerian, Cayenne; and Essential Oils of, Ginger, Black Pepper, Juniper, Marjoram, Rosemary and Sweet Birch.
How to use: Apply directly to distressed area and massage gently.
