Allerex – Heritage Tea

Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to strengthen the mucous membranes and for its anti-catarrhal properties. Used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve seasonal allergy symptoms.

Ingredients: Nettle leaf, Plantain leaf, Goldenrod, Licorice, Elderflowers.

How to use: Add 1 teaspoon of Allerex Tea to one cup of boiling water. Steep for 15-20 minutes, mix and enjoy.
